In this evaluation, we will be looking at the progress of the projects and evaluating the KPIs agreed on during the kickoff meeting.
Along with the results, the evaluation will include a survey from both the client and the Micro Agency evaluating the work, the process, and the communication between parties. This evaluation will allow us to make the necessary changes to ensure the best results for the project. That includes switching freelancers among projects if necessary.
