Since our resources are limited, we have a selection process that prioritizes characteristics that align with our values and has been shown to have the greatest impact on helping small businesses and organizations thrive. Any legal business or nonprofit in the US with less than 20 employees and less than $500,000 a year in profits can apply

APPLICATION
Fill out the application, and the team will evaluate your answers based on the IES (Impact Evaluation System).
IES (Impact Evaluation System)
IES is a point-based evaluation system that will determine new client selection. These are the values and points:
Community Impact (25 pts.)How much does the business contribute to the local community? Points are given based on factors such as job creation, community engagement, and volunteerism.

Equity (25 pts.)
How does the business promote equity and diversity? Points are given based on factors such as fair hiring practices, supplier diversity, and commitment to providing equal opportunities for all employees.

Sustainability (20 pts.)How environmentally friendly is the business? Points are given based on factors such as the use of renewable energy, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing practices.
Innovation (10 pts.)How innovative is the business in its products, services, or processes? Points are given based on factors such as patent filings, awards, and the adoption of new technologies.
Customer Focus (10 pts.)How well does the business serve its customers? Points are given based on factors such as customer satisfaction ratings, reviews, and repeat business.
Ethics (10 pts.)
How ethical is the business in its operations? Points are given based on factors such as transparency in business practices, ethical sourcing, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
ACCEPTANCE**
Once the business has been accepted to the program, Marketing for All will start the process by meeting with the stakeholders to determine their goals. Next, we’ll audit the business's current marketing efforts to determine the needs that will drive the selection of the project team members and determine the budget.
Once the "agency" (team of freelancers) is assembled, a brief with S.M.A.R.T. goals will be created, and the project will kick off with the "client" (small business).
The agency and the client will work together to fulfill the project's needs and measure goals monthly. These monthly results and a review from the client and the agency will be submitted electronically to Marketing for All, which will monitor the progress.
After the first year, Marketing for All will evaluate the client's and the agency's progress and determine if another year of service is required. If the client is in a position where they can continue without the team, then the project will be considered a success.
.*Acceptance will also depend on the funds available and the availability of the freelance marketing team.

Marketing For All will provide up to 75% of all the costs, while the client will be responsible for the rest.
This budget represents a standard project, considering strategic development, content creation and media spend.

How much will it cost to work with you?
Businesses are only responsible for 25% of the cost of the marketing services provided. The remaining 75% is subsidized by federal and local government grants, chambers of commerce, and foundations and corporations that support local small businesses.

What types of marketing services do you offer?
Marketing for All offers a variety of marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, website design, and development, email marketing, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), and advertising.

What if I don’t know what I need?
We start with a basic marketing audit to evaluate the strength of the brand and the success of past marketing efforts to determine areas of opportunity. Based on the results, we will recommend new strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).

You can apply by filling out our application form. Once we receive your application, we’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

What are the qualifications?
To work with Marketing for All, your business must have less than 20 employees and less than $500,000 in sales per year. You must also be located in the United States and be willing to work with local freelancers for your marketing services.

How long will it take to receive marketing services?
The timeline depends on the scope of the basic audit, the projects, and the availability of local freelancers. However, we strive to complete projects as efficiently as possible and will work with you to set realistic timelines.

How does Marketing for All ensure the quality of its marketing services?
Marketing for All works with a team of experienced and skilled local freelancers to ensure the success of its marketing services. Additionally, we have a rigorous quality control process in place to ensure that all projects meet our high standards.

What is the length of the service?
The commitment is one year, with a chance to extend it to two*. Marketing for All believes that, in a year of implementing the new strategies, companies should be in a much better place. For that reason, we will evaluate the efforts after the first year and determine if another year is required.

How is Marketing for All funding these initiatives?
The generosity of corporations, government grants, foundations, chambers of commerce, and donors who understand the importance of supporting the economy from the ground up fund our work. These donations will come through our partner and fiscal sponsor, The American Marketing Association. San Francisco Chapter.

What is a pro-bono project?
For now we are not accepting these kind of projects. We encourage you to contact local organizations or marketing agencies to see if they are willing to offer pro bono.
